Online therapy works much like in-person sessions, except we meet through a secure video platform. All you need is a private space, a good internet connection, and a device with a camera. Many clients find it more convenient and comfortable, especially when balancing work, parenting, or commuting.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what support you’re hoping for. You’ll also get a sense of my style and how I work.
