  • Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what support you’re hoping for. You’ll also get a sense of my style and how I work. Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved to have shared their story and with a clearer idea of what therapy will look like moving forward.

  • The length of therapy really depends on your needs and goals. Some people come for just a few months to get support through a transition, while others find ongoing therapy helpful for deeper growth. We’ll check in along the way so therapy feels useful and aligned with what you want.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is part of the “No Surprises Act,” which ensures you know the expected costs of your care upfront. It outlines the fees for therapy services so there are no unexpected bills. You’ll receive this estimate before beginning services, and it will reflect the typical cost of therapy based on your chosen frequency, insurance, and session type.
